For over 37 years, Rick Fauvor has been transforming lives by helping people hear better and enjoy life to the fullest. Throughout his career, he has witnessed remarkable advancements in hearing technology—far beyond what was available just 10 to 15 years ago. It’s this constant evolution that fuels his passion for his work. “There’s nothing better than reconnecting loved ones through the power of better hearing and communication!”
Outside of work, Rick enjoys spending time with family and friends. His favorite hobbies include archery, hunting, jet skiing, horseback riding, and scuba diving.
Phyllis Burt, M.A.
Clinical Audiologist
For over 35 years, Phyllis Burt has been dedicated to transforming lives through better hearing. She earned her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and her graduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Throughout her career, she has worked in various hearing healthcare settings, specializing in hearing and balance evaluations, hearing aid fittings, assistive listening devices, and communication skill-building programs.
Before moving to Idaho, Phyllis owned and operated a successful hearing center in Petaluma, California for nearly 30 years. Now, as part of the Everything Hearing team, she is excited to continue helping patients improve their hearing and reconnect with the world around them.
